The type G apartment is the largest apartment available and is located on the second floor, with a fixed staircase connection to the third floor. This apartment will be realized in the "Blazer" building. It is the only apartment for 8 people with four bedrooms, each suitable for two people.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of which has a view of the water. The luxurious bathroom with bath, walk–in shower and sauna can be reached from the hall; the toilet is separate. When you enter the spacious living room, the view of the IJsselmeer immediately catches your eye. The living room has a spacious, open kitchen which is fully equipped and gives access to the balcony through a sliding door.
The other two bedrooms are located on the third floor, one of which with access to the private balcony and space for a bath. On this floor is a second bathroom with walk–in shower and toilet.

Soal Beach Resort
Soal Beach Resort will be realized in phases in the coming years in one of the most beautiful locations on the IJsselmeer. The beachfront apartments are the first construction phase, starting in 2022. After this, work will continue on expanding the marina and the marina apartments, among other things.
