As noted, the homes were completed last month, and owners have already been able to take advantage of the so-called owners' weekend starting June 23. We are now proud to present the homes to you! Over the past year, much hard work has gone into making the homes a reality. Consequently, after a little more than a year, the homes were completed, and the first guests have already moved into the apartment.
The apartments were delivered to the buyers, with the homes being ready for the first guests on June 30th, 2023.
Recently completed work:
Significant progress has been made on construction in recent months and this is being continued smoothly. For example, the construction of the terrain and yard is mostly done, grass and flower mixtures have been sown, plants have been planted in private yards, terrace partitions are ready, as well as pavements, walkways and access paths. Work is currently in operation on fiber optic installation and the network.

A festive moment this past period; the first building is out of the scaffolding! This makes the beautiful architecture, the proportions, the facade, and the materials used in the Blazer building clearly visible. Due to the absence of winter weather in February, major steps have been taken with the construction.
This past period a lot of work has been done to prepare the final finishes of the facades and roofs of the Blazer building. There was also a lot of work done in the apartments. For example, many of the bathrooms have already been tiled, the first sanitary facilities have been installed, a lot of installation work has been carried out, including the final assembly of electricity, the painter has started, the lifts have been installed, and also the first kitchens have already been placed. As mentioned in previous newsletters, the Boeier and Botter buildings follow after the Blazer. It is expected that the Boeier building will be removed from the scaffolding next week, and the Botter building in mid–March.
In the past period, a lot of work has also been done on realizing the new utility connections. All sorts of work has been carried out in the ground at Soal Beach Resort for this to be able to install all cables and pipes. This is with the goal that the buildings will be equipped with electricity, water, and fiber optic internet next week. Work is also being done on the sewer connections. And finally, a start has been made with the construction of the grounds and landscaping.
In the past period, a lot of work has been done to finish front wall masonry and wooden wall coverage, the various finishes, making the buildings wind and waterproof, installing the wall frames, placing the inner walls, inner frames and stairs, a lot of installation work for the climate system and electrical installations and, finally, the various interior finishes, such as the cement screeds, plastering and tile work.
In the coming period, work will continue on all of the above components for the Botter and the Boeier. The interior finishing in the buildings is increasingly being completed and the first kitchens will also be installed at the end of February. There is a train present in the construction process in which the Blazer building is at the forefront of all work. The last work on the wall of the Blazer building block will be carried out in the coming month, including the removal of the scaffolding. When the building comes out of the scaffolding, the building and its beautiful architecture become really visible. A memorable moment! The Botter and Boeier buildings follow the Blazer building.
In addition to the work on the buildings, there is also a lot of work on the tasks around the buildings; for example, the terrain's layout and landscaping are being started. In the coming period, various activities will also be carried out on the utility procedures to provide the buildings with electricity, water, internet, and a sewer connection, and also to prepare the entire park for the next construction phases and future developments.
With winter approaching, we are currently working hard on readying the roofs and wind and waterproofing the apartment buildings.
During the last period of time, the last floors have been poured and the last limestone walls have been glued as well. The steel construction on the third floor for the roof construction has been installed too, with the first roof elements having been put into place already. We've also started finishing the facade, with the first masonry of the Blazer apartment building ready. With this, the final materials and appearance of the facades are getting increasingly visible.
Over the coming weeks, work will continue on wind and waterproofing the buildings. The last roof elements will be installed, after which the roof tiles and gutters will be added. In addition, work continues at a solid pace on the facade finish including the facade masonry, the wooden facade cladding and the first facade window frames. On the interior of the apartments, the first inner walls with interior door frames will be installed. All installations will be added and the first meter boxes will be installed too.
